BaluchEtihad Movement
Foundational Charter and Manifesto (English)
Preamble
BaluchEtihad is established as a global, non-political, and inclusive movement dedicated to uniting all Baluch people across geographic boundaries. Rooted in shared history, culture, and identity, the movement seeks to strengthen bonds among Baluch communities worldwide while fostering cooperation, dignity, and collective progress.
Article I: Core Principles
Unity Above All
BaluchEtihad affirms that all Baluch people form one collective community, regardless of borders, tribal affiliations, dialects, or personal beliefs.
Non-Political and Neutral
The movement does not align with any political party, government, or ideology. It serves as a neutral platform open to all.
Inclusivity and Equality
Every Baluch individual, regardless of gender, background, or location, has an equal place within the movement.
Respect and Mutual Understanding
Differences in opinion are acknowledged and respected. Dialogue is encouraged over division.
Article II: Objectives
Cultural Preservation
To protect and promote the Baluch language, traditions, literature, music, and heritage.
Global Connectivity
To establish strong connections between Baluch communities across regions and the diaspora.
Education and Awareness
To document and share knowledge about Baluch history, identity, and contributions.
Social and Economic Cooperation
To encourage collaboration in education, business, and community development.
Youth Empowerment
To provide opportunities for leadership, innovation, and participation for Baluch youth.
Humanitarian Support
To assist Baluch communities in times of hardship through collective action.
Article III: Organizational Structure
General Assembly
An open, global body consisting of all participants of BaluchEtihad.
Coordination Council
A rotating and representative body responsible for organizing initiatives and maintaining communication.
Regional Chapters
Local and diaspora-based chapters to coordinate activities at community levels.
Advisory Circle
A group of respected elders, scholars, and professionals providing guidance.
Article IV: Code of Conduct
Members shall uphold respect, dignity, and unity.
Hate speech, discrimination, and division are strictly rejected.
Participation must remain non-political within the movement’s platform.
Dialogue and cooperation shall guide all interactions.
Article V: Activities and Initiatives
Cultural festivals and heritage events
